At Advercado, we believe that every member deserves to be treated with respect. We have put policies and guidelines in place to ensure that our marketplace is safe and enjoyable for all of our users.
If these policies are not followed it may result in account suspension or a permanent ban from the marketplace.

What should I do if a customer is being unreasonable?
You are not required to commit to anything more than your listing describes. If a buyer is making unreasonable demands that are outside of your original agreement, we will protect you from negative feedback.

Customer policy
Overview
In order to make Advercado a safe marketplace for vendors and customers, we have policies and guidelines in place to protect them against unfair treatment. The policy below lays out our expectations for customer behaviour:
Customer disputes
Customers can raise a claim if:
- A product was not delivered or an advertisement not honoured
- You received a service not as described in the initial description or agreement
Advercado’s messaging service
Advercado’s messaging service can be used to:
- Enquire into products and services
- Check the status of a booking or order with your vendor
It MUST NOT be used to:
- Send abusive messages, such as pressuring a customer or vendor into agreeing to something outside of the original listing
- Book or purchase a space or service and fail to pay
Listings
Listings on Advercado can be used to:
- Find and purchase a space or service using the payment or confirmation methods offered through the site
They MUST NOT be used to:
- Find a space or service, to then take the sale off Advercado
- Ask for additional spaces or services outside of the original listing to be included for a discount
- Request a space or service to be reserved for you
- Request an alternative payment method outside of Advercado’s checkout process
- Ask for the shipping address to be changed after you have checked out
Returns
Returns can be made if:
- The product is not as described
- It is in its original condition
- The vendor has a return policy
We WILL NOT accept returns if:
- The product matches the description on the listing, when you have claimed otherwise
- The product is used or damaged
Why do we have this policy?
We strive to ensure Advercado is a safe and enjoyable experience for all our users. In order to make Advercado a safe marketplace, we hold our users to certain standards. If these standards are not met, we may take action to ensure the protection of customers and vendors.
