Not getting your Advercado emails?
If you are having trouble, or not receiving any emails or notifications from us try the following troubleshooting steps.
- Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes email providers will flag our emails as spam. If you navigate your email to the junk or spam folder and locate an Advercado email you can mark the email as ‘not junk’ which should prevent future emails from being sent to this folder and start appearing in your inbox.
- Contact us: Contact our customer support if the above steps have not resolved the issue to make sure there are no blocks on your account and email address.
- If you have a new/changed email address, follow the steps to Update Your Email address.
How to unsubscribe from emails
If you don’t want to receive emails from Advercado you can easily unsubscribe.
- Navigate to your email provider you registered your account with
- Log into your email account
- Look for any marketing email from Advercado
- Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email
This will unsubscribe you from any further emails from us. We will only send you service emails when purchases and orders are made.
NOTE: You will need to log into your Advercado account to receive and check notifications and activity.
How to update your email address
You can change your email address associated with your Advercado account in a few simple steps.
- Log into your Advercado account using the log in button on the top right of the webpage.
- Once logged in navigate to your dashboard
- Select Account Details on the customer dashboard
- Change your email address
- Press ‘Save changes’
NOTE: If you change your email address make sure you verify your email with the confirmation email sent out to you to ensure you are not locked out of your account.
NOTE: If you do not receive your confirmation email check your junk or spam folder.
