How to send Vendors attachments and files
You can send all your files to a vendor on Advercado through the integrated Facebook Messenger chat widget. Your messages are private and can only be viewed by yourself and the vendor.
Send an attachment directly to a vendor from the chat widget
- Navigate to the product or vendor store you wish to send an attachment to
- Click the ‘Chat Now‘ button to open a chat with the vendor
- Attach your files and a message to the vendor
- Send your files
Send an attachment directly via email
You can easily send your attachments and files directly to vendors via email.
Please keep in mind, financial transactions are made through Advercado. You do not need to share your bank details or any other sensitive information with the vendor. If a vendor asks you for any information other than on your brief and attachments, which you feel is putting you at risk, please report them to us immediately.
NOTE: Vendors must enable this feature. The ‘chat‘ widget will not be available if the vendor has opted out of using this service.
