You can quickly collect customer reviews on your space, service, products, or store with Advercado’s review feature. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to promote your business and all it offers.
Overview
To find your reviews, navigate to the Vendor Dashboard, then to Reviews.
Here you will find a list of customer reviews and what they had to say. We recognise negative reviews are frustrating and that we all wish to avoid them, but you may receive one from time to time. If you do, consider using them to improve your customer experience and encourage you to make necessary improvements. The best solution to deal with negative reviews is to acknowledge the flaws and apologise, and the help and resolution you show a client can have a significant impact on their thinking.
NOTE: While vendors cannot alter or remove customer evaluations, they can be modified or deleted if they contain offensive or inappropriate behaviors that violate our policies.
