Support Tickets

Customers can communicate with vendors through support tickets. When customers have questions or issues with products, they send messages/support tickets. Once the problem has been resolved, the ticket is closed.

 

From the vendor dashboard’s support area, you can manage and handle questions and tickets. Under the support tab, you’ll find all of your tickets, whether they’re open or closed.

 

By clicking on the title, you can access the ticket. This is where you can interact with consumers about any issues or questions they may have.

 

The ticket can be closed once the issue has been resolved.

 

NOTE: Customer service is your chance to stand out from the crowd; exceptional customer service turns onetime buyers into repeat customers, enabling you to maintain strong profit margins.
