Troubleshooting bugs and minor issues

If you are experiencing an issue, please try the following steps to resolve the problem.
- Sign out of your Advercado account, then sign back in.
- Close your browser and retry or try a different browser.
- Clear your cookies and cache.
If none of these steps have helped to resolve the issue we apologise, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
My Cart is Removing Products
Bookable products (with a calendar) that require a confirmation from the advertiser must be added to the cart separately. You can’t purchase products and request bookings at the same time. You can request multiple spaces at the same time or purchase multiple available spaces.
