Streamline Your Product Setup with Advercado’s New Template Feature
At Advercado, we’re always working to make your experience as smooth and efficient as possible. We know that setting up products and services can take time, and that’s why we’re excited to introduce our new Template Feature. This tool will allow you to create your products faster and more efficiently, so you can start selling immediately. Whether you’re offering video production services, advertising space, or radio advertisements, this feature will help you get the job done quickly and accurately.
What’s New? Templates for Faster Product Creation
The new template option is designed to simplify your product setup process. With just a few clicks, you can select from three different templates and have your products ready to go in no time. Here’s a breakdown of the three templates available:
- Video Producer (Product)
This template is ideal for businesses offering production services & packages. Once selected, the Video Producer product will populate in your Products tab. This is a standard product that allows you to offer production services as a package deal. It’s easy to customise the details, pricing, and service features. - Advertising Spaces (Bookable Product)
If you offer advertising spaces, whether on a website, physical space, or digital platform, this template is for you. The Advertising Spaces template populates under the Bookable Products tab, which integrates with our booking system (calendar). This means your clients can easily schedule their ad placements online. - Radio Advertisement (Bookable Product)
Offering radio, newspaper or broadcasting advertisement slots? This template allows you to quickly set up Calendar Advertisement slots as bookable products, which will also appear in the Bookable Products tab. Just like with the Advertising Spaces template, customers can view available times and book their ads via the booking system.

Understanding the Product Types
It’s important to understand how the two categories—Products and Bookable Products—differ.
- Products: These are services you sell as packages. For example, the Video Producer template is set up as a package product, where you can sell pre-defined service packages. Once you create a product, you can easily duplicate it and make adjustments based on your needs.
- Bookable Products: These products use our integrated booking system (calendar). Both the Advertising Spaces and Radio Advertisement templates are set up as bookable products, which means your clients can see available times and book their space or ad slot directly through the platform. This is perfect for services that require scheduling, like radio ad bookings or physical advertising space rentals.
Both types of products are completely customisable, so whether you’re selling a packaged service or offering a bookable time slot, you have full flexibility in how you present and price your services.
How to Access and Use the Templates
Getting started with the new templates is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Go to Your Vendor Dashboard: Head to the Products tab from your vendor dashboard.
- Find the Template Button: At the top of the page, you’ll see a Template button next to the Add Product button.
- Select a Template: Click the Template button. A selection of available templates will appear. Choose the template that best fits the service you’re offering (Video Producer, Advertising Spaces, or Radio Advertisement).
- Customize and Publish: Once you select your template, it will automatically populate in your Products or Bookable Products tab (depending on the template chosen). From there, you can edit the details, pricing, and any customizations. Once you’re happy with the setup, hit Publish to start selling.
Duplicating and Customising Your Products
Once you’ve set up a product using one of the templates, you can duplicate it to create alternatives. This makes it easy to adjust pricing or features based on different customer needs or budget constraints. Whether you’re adjusting the duration of a radio ad or changing the features of your video production service, duplicating products saves you time.
