Violation of Advercado’s User Agreement Policy
At Advercado, we are committed to building a fair, transparent and safe marketplace for businesses, vendors and advertisers. To achieve this, all users must comply with our User Agreement, Content Guidelines, and Refund & Dispute Policy.
Any breach of these rules will be considered a Violation of Advercado’s User Agreement.
1. What Counts as a Violation?
Violations include, but are not limited to:
- Illegal or Non-Compliant Content
- Submitting advertisements that breach UK law, ASA regulations, or third-party rights.
- Offensive or Inappropriate Content
- Sending pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, or harmful material to vendors.
- Unfair Use of Vendor Work
- Attempting to use, share or publish work created by a vendor without payment or agreement.
- Payment & Platform Abuse
- Circumventing Advercado’s payment system, requesting or accepting payment outside the platform.
- Harassment or Misconduct
- Abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behaviour towards vendors, customers, or Advercado staff.
- Conflict of Interest
- Requesting services that place vendors in direct conflict with their own business or ethical values.
2. Consequences of Violations
Advercado reserves the right to act swiftly to protect our community. Consequences may include:
- Warnings – a formal reminder of rules.
- Order Cancellation – immediate cancellation of non-compliant orders.
- Restriction of Account Features – temporary suspension from placing or accepting new orders.
- Permanent Suspension – removal from the platform for repeated or severe violations.
- Forfeiture of Refund Rights – in cases where the violation is caused by inappropriate or illegal customer content.
3. Refund & Payment Impact
- Customers who breach this policy forfeit their right to a refund.
- Vendors retain ownership of their work and are not obliged to refund if the violation is related to illegal, offensive, or non-compliant content.
- Partial refunds may be issued at the vendor’s discretion or via Advercado’s Dispute Resolution process.
4. Reporting Violations
- Vendors and customers should report suspected violations through the platform’s Resolution Centre.
- Evidence (messages, files, screenshots) should be submitted to allow fair review.
- Advercado’s Dispute Team will investigate and issue a decision.
5. Appeals
Users may appeal violation decisions by contacting support@advercado.co.uk within 7 days of notice.
- Appeals must include evidence and a clear explanation.
- Advercado’s decision after appeal is final.
6. Advercado’s Position
- Advercado is a neutral facilitator, not a party to transactions between customers and vendors.
- We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of services provided.
- Our role is to enforce fairness, safeguard user rights, and maintain marketplace standards.
