Stripe payment processing

As an online marketplace, we need to provide you with the best payment processing solutions available, to make sure you receive your payments and get paid on time.

We do not charge to use this service, the below fees are the standard Stripe payment processing fees.

What is an online card payment?
Online card payments allow your customers to pay you for products and services you sell at Advercado. We’ve integrated our marketplace with Stripe, so to receive card payments, including Apple Pay or Google Pay you’ll need to set up a Stripe account.

When your customers choose to pay by card, they will be asked for their card details and the amount you have requested will be charged on their card. They can also choose to pay by Apple Pay or Google Pay.

If this is the first card payment you accept or if Stripe does further checks on the transaction, it can take up to seven working days for the money to show up in your account.

Current Rates

Stripe will charge £0.20 + 1.5% for UK cards, £0.20+ 2.5% for cards from the (EU) European Economic Area, and £0.20 + 3.25% for all other cards for each transaction. This fee will be deducted from the incoming funds.
